Conference registration includes lunch and two coffee/tea breaks per day. An invitation to the Welcome Reception and appropriate transport from the conference to the reception venue is included in registration. Delegates will receive a delegate bag, conference programme and book of abstracts, as well as Internet access. There will be access to a poster exhibition and general exhibition during the conference, and delegates will have the opportunity to sign up for certain pre-conference events. Support and information will be provided by the conference organising team throughout the conference.There are conference registration packages available which offer a discount on the standard B&B rate for on campus accommodation (see Price Tables below).

There are different fee bands for registration depending on whether you are already a member of Critical Link International (CLI member) or not (Non-member). You can also become a member of CLI as part of a registration package (Non-member + CLI membership) which means that you immediately become eligible for the CLI member rate, as part of the package.

If you elect to sign up for CLI membership, please note that your name and email will be forwarded to Critical Link International's membership secretary and the CL8 secretariat will forward your membership dues to Critical Link International.
There are special rates for students: however, budget constraints mean that there is a limited number of student places available. First come, first served!
It is also possible to attend the conference for a single day (Day Rate).
There are special rates for sign language interpreters accompanying a Deaf person solely to provide interpreting support for a delegate or other communication support worker/carers who are attending the conference solely to support a delegate.

An administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be given after 1st May 2016.
All cancellations must be received in writing - by email, fax or hardcopy mail. Any reduction in nights after this date will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be given.
